This afternoon we went to a local farm market to buy a pumpkin. The kids enjoyed looking at all the pumpkins and had definite opinions on which pumpkin to buy. We ended up with a 43 pounder. I bought a pot of beautiful orange-red mums. It's been a great start to the weekend. We have big plans for the rest of the weekend too--a backyard fire, smores, pumpkin carving, football, knitting.

A Friday Afternoon in the Fall
This afternoon we went to a local farm market to buy a pumpkin. The kids enjoyed looking at all the pumpkins and had definite opinions on which pumpkin to buy. We ended up with a 43 pounder.
